  • Check google classroom. Assignment entitle “Food Log and Exercise Log”
  •  I will be active for 30 minutes 4 days a week and signup for a fitness app. I will show evidence by completing google Workout Log or digital evidence. Choice assignment I will create a healthy meal plan by recording meals on google Food Log or Fitness App. I recommend these free apps: myfitness pal, fitbit, lose it or apple health if you have an apple device.
