Week 3 Learning Targets – Concept 3 – Preparing for Physical Activity & What is Fitness

Week 3 

You can either complete assignments on google classroom or on www.coachlewispe.com to receive credit. You have three assignments each week to complete. I will post the live stream class times in google classroom.  I will also upload a recorded video of the weekly lesson on google classroom and on this website. If you have any questions or need help regarding any school or non related school issues, feel free to contact me.

2. Week Three PowerPoints

Concept 3 Preparing for Physical Activity

Concept 9 Muscle FItness and Resistance Exercise

3. Complete Week 3 Physical Education Video Review Questions

4. Perform the required 60 minutes physical activity for the week then complete Physical Activity Exercise Log

5. Complete Message Board Post Week 3 – Message Board Post link for Students must answer instructor question first and then reply to at least one other person with at least a sentence, video or pic.

Live stream classes for this week will be Monday, Tuesday and Friday, September 8-11 2020.  Please check google classroom for links.

Week Three Physical Education Recorded Lessons will be uploaded on Tuesday and Fridays.
